Always an excellent visit with Dr. Danielle Forte for my every 3 month check up . Referrals with other Drs. if needed along with tests. Excellent care as always. Have been under her care since before this clinic. Sincerely , Julie McBrayer

Cassandra greeted me by name at the front desk. Diana called me exactly at my appt. time and is always friendly and professional. Dr. Cazzaniga listened to me and addressed all my questions. He is always thorough and professional.

100% outstanding service!!!! From check in til I was released. My debt card was acting up. The front desk was very patience with me. Ms. Minmisha Jacob was kind and informative. I had two doctor's before her. And didn't even know half of the information about diabetes she explained to me. I been living with type 2 diabetes for 15 years. For one she checked my feet for numbness. I didn't know I needed that done. And routine diabetic eye exams. So, Thank you Ms Jacobs.

Dr. David W. Lee is the best. He’s has helped me tremendously. He very intelligent, informative and his communication and Knowledge is SUPER DUPER AMAZING! Check in is always seamless if you do your E-signin. Diana , Dr. Cazzaniga’s MA is always cordial, courteous and professional with a smile on her face. Dr. Cazzaniga is an excellent provider. He listens to you and has insight and/or a solution. I recommend this practice to many people.

Everyone here that I have had any interaction with has been extremely kind, considerate and polite. Dr Sokhey is the best doctor ever and his assistant Banely, is very knowledgeable and is such a sweet young lady. All the front office staff are top notch at what they do and also very nice. This office runs like a well oiled machine, fast and efficient. Thank you all for how well you take care of your patients.

What a wonderful bunch of people! Dr. Tran is compassionate, and I can tell that she has a vested interest in my wellbeing. When I bring up an ailment she asks me if it's something I would like her to investigate, but will tell me honestly if it's something I should be concerned about. In addition, her assistant, Holly, is equal in greatness. She replies to every message in a prompt manner, is kind and caring, and also has a vested interest in my health and happiness. She handles issues professionally and has a heart of gold. They both do! Every staff member in the THAC is absolutely wonderful. I cannot stress how lucky I feel to have them as my general practitioner.
